Cargill Beef 10 Years Later

The pictures in this case study we’re taken approximately ten years after the initial installation, The project was installed for the former owners Beefpackers Inc. They were doing a major expansion and required a durable seamless wall coating with a seamless transition into heavy duty flooring. The system would need to hold up to thermal shock, chemical attack and heavy forklift
traffic.

U-Crete Polyurethane Cement was installed for the floors and cove base. The walls were coated with Tnemec Stranlok, a fiber reinforced epoxy with a Urethane topcoat. The floor and wall system’s are over ten years old and still functioning well.
